Can I install my own pillow?
Yes but it will void the three year warranty. The installation is the most important part of the safety of the pillow and needs to be done correctly. We have installed hundreds and know what works and what doesn’t. If you do install your own call us first and we will tell you the tricks to doing it right.

Do I need to cover it and with what?
Yes it needs to be covered when not in use. There are three things that will hurt the pillow: normal wear and tear, mold, and UV Rays. If you cover your pillow it will protect it from the UV Rays. We recommend covering it with a 90% shade cloth. We sell one that has grommets in it every 2 feet for about $700.00

What is the maintenance of the pillow?
Mostly just cleaning the pillow right before you open and rake the sand up to proper level when needed.

Can I open the pillow when it is wet?
We recommend that you do not let people on the pillow when it is wet. The reason is that it becomes slippery and the chance for accidents goes up.

Do you need a fence?
Yes you do need a fence. The pillow is the type of attraction that will draw a lot of attention and needs to be managed. A fence with a entrance and exit helps control the crowd and make it more manageable.

Can it be repaired?
Yes if the hole or tear is not to big it can be repaired with a kit that we can provide you with.

Can I charge for the pillow?
Yes you can. There are some farms that charge up $5 for a days worth of playing on the pillow.
